| Ferro-Alloys are used in the steel-making for deoxidation, control of grain size, improvement of mechanical properties, imparting corrosion resistance. Important Ferro-Alloys are Ferro-Manganese, Ferro-Silicon, Silico-Manganese and Ferro-chrome. There are about 67 units producing different alloys.
